Gameplay: Race, Drift, and Explore
Nitro Speed 2 Underground combines street racing, free exploration, and car customization. Drive around to find challenges, then upgrade your car to take on tougher events. Some reward speed; others demand control and careful steering. A setup that works for one may need adjusting for another.
- Find and enter races: Drive around the city to locate marked event areas. Stop at one to start a race or challenge. You can explore the streets between events and enter when you’re ready.
- Master drifting: Use the handbrake to slide through sharp corners, steering and managing your speed as you turn. Entering too fast makes the slide harder to control, so adjust your approach to each corner.
- Try speed and ramp challenges: Speed events ask you to reach marked points quickly. Ramp challenges reward longer jumps, so build up enough momentum and choose your approach.
- Upgrade your cars: Engine, suspension, transmission, tyres, and nitro upgrades change how a car performs. Choose upgrades to suit the events you plan to enter. The engine affects speed; suspension and tyres affect handling.
- Customize your ride: Adjust tyre camber and suspension height, then choose a color and wheels. These settings change your car’s appearance and setup, so test the adjustments before settling on them.
