Gravity Glitch Overview
Gravity Glitch is a one-button neon runner where you switch gravity to move between floors and ceilings. You’ll race through colorful stages packed with spikes, spinning saws, pits, walls, and sudden route changes. The game has 30 levels across three worlds, along with collectible coins, unlockable skins, and an Endless mode. Quick reactions help, but timing matters more than frantic tapping. Flip too late and you’ll hit the next hazard.
How to Play Gravity Glitch
Gravity Glitch moves your character forward automatically. Tap, click, or press a control key to switch gravity, moving between the floor and ceiling. Dodge hazards, collect coins when you can, and reach the end of each level. Watch what’s coming: the safer surface for one jump may make the next obstacle harder.
Flip Gravity
Gravity flipping is the key skill in every successful run. You can usually switch sides only when your character is on the floor or ceiling, so timing matters. Quick reactions help, but when several hazards appear at once, a carefully timed flip is often the better move.
- Avoid spikes and saws: Watch where each hazard sits and switch sides before you reach it. Spikes may cover one surface, while saws can make both routes dangerous. Leave enough room to land safely.
- Cross pits and walls: Check the path ahead and move to the safer surface before the obstacle is close. A pit can remove one route, while a wall may force you to change direction immediately. Read the next few obstacles instead of reacting to only the one in front of you.
- Time each flip: Flip too early and you may end up on the wrong side before the hazard arrives. Flip too late and you may hit it head-on. Short practice runs can help you learn each level's timing.
- Know the mid-air rule: You normally cannot flip while airborne. Flip Rings are the exception, letting you change gravity in mid-air. Watch for them carefully, since they can open routes that normal floor and ceiling movement cannot reach.
Special Objects
Special objects in Gravity Glitch can change your route in different ways. Their effects are clear, but timing can be tricky. Watch where the path leads after each object so you know where you’ll land.
- Flip Pads: Flip Pads reverse gravity when your character touches them, with no button press needed. Check the new surface before contact. Near spikes, a flip can turn a safe route dangerous if you haven’t checked the ceiling.
- Flip Rings: Flip Rings let you change gravity in midair. Time your entry to dodge an obstacle or reach the other side of a narrow section. Entering at the wrong angle can leave you close to another hazard.
- Glitch Gates: Glitch Gates move your character to the opposite side of the course. Check the route ahead, since the next obstacle may appear in a different position.
Collect Coins and Levels
Gravity Glitch has three worlds: Neon City, Cyber Factory, and Void Core. Across 30 levels, the movement gets tighter and decisions faster as you learn to control gravity. Coins are often placed near hazards, so some aren’t worth the risk. You still make progress by completing a level, even if you leave a collectible behind.
- Collect coins: Pick up coins when you can reach them without losing your line. They appear on the floor and ceiling, and near switches or narrow passages. Learn the route first; come back for coins when the timing feels manageable.
- Earn up to three stars: Fewer mistakes and cleaner movement can improve your rating. Don’t risk a completed run for one coin unless you’re practicing for a higher score.
- Unlock 11 skins: Use your progress and coins to unlock new character appearances. Skins change how your runner looks, while the gravity controls stay the same. Keep collecting coins throughout the campaign to unlock them all.
- Try Endless mode: Run as far as you can without failing. Each attempt gives you another chance to improve your reactions and read the route.
