Steal An Egg! is a fast-paced game about sneaking into guarded nests, taking an egg, and carrying it back to your base. The longer you stay near a nest, the more time guards have to catch you, so each raid comes down to how much risk you’re willing to take. Eggs can hatch into pets across five rarity levels: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythical. Collecting them adds a longer-term goal to each escape, while the chase hinges on movement and timing.
Steal Eggs and Escape
Steal An Egg! is built around a simple raid: enter a guarded area, take an egg, and reach your base without getting caught. You have to approach the nest, choose an egg, and get away quickly. If a guard closes in, poor positioning can end the run before you secure it. Speed helps, but planning your route first gives you more room to react when the chase begins.
Raid guarded nests: Search dangerous areas for eggs, then carry one back to safety. Plan your exit before you take it. The more dangerous nests may hold better eggs, but leave little room for a slow escape. Choose a route that avoids doubling back through guarded territory.
Escape the guards: Speed helps when a chase starts. Keep moving and put enough distance between you and the guard to reach your base. A direct route saves time, but may be harder to follow under pressure. Watch your path and avoid unnecessary movement while carrying an egg. If your speed is still low, take a safer route instead of heading straight for the most dangerous nest.
Hatch and collect pets: Bring recovered eggs to your pen and wait for them to hatch. Pets come in five rarities: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythical. Rare eggs can be worth the risk, but only if you make it back to base. Keep collecting eggs to grow your pet collection.
Build speed: Train on the treadmill to reach harder-to-access areas and make it easier to escape guards. Speed-training multipliers improve the stat faster, while trails add a visual effect as you run. A little extra speed can help you cover more ground before a guard catches up.
Upgrades change how you handle each raid. Extra speed can help you get past guards and reach locations that were difficult to attempt earlier, but it won’t make up for a bad route or a late escape. Use the treadmill to train, and multipliers to get more from each session. Trails add a visual effect as you run; speed upgrades help you move faster. Improve your movement before taking bigger risks, then see how far you can get.
