Stick War is a stickman strategy game about gathering resources, building an army, and fighting large battles. In Inamorta, you lead Order, a nation that values knowledge and peace, surrounded by kingdoms built around weapons and warfare. When rival forces attack, you train soldiers and defend your homeland, directing both your strategy before battle and your troops on the field.
Tactical Gameplay
In Stick War, you gather resources and spend them on soldiers, balancing the size of your army against what you need for other plans. As your forces grow, you can attack rival nations, but you’ll need to keep enough soldiers back to defend your territory.
In Stick War, you win by destroying the enemy statue while protecting your own. Each victory unlocks another region and brings Order closer to uniting the continent. As the campaign advances, opponents grow tougher, and the same attack may stop working. Choose units to meet the threat and deploy them carefully. A strong economy keeps your army growing, but timing and positioning can decide the battle.
Unit Types
Each Stick War unit has a different battlefield role. Knowing what each soldier does helps you build a useful mix of fighters. Choose units to match the enemy: ranged attacks, close combat, defense, and magic require different responses.
- Archidonis: Skilled archers attack from a distance and support troops in close combat. Keep them away from enemy fighters who can reach them.
- Swordwrath: Fast melee fighters are effective at close range. They can quickly engage nearby enemies but are vulnerable to stronger opponents.
- Speartons: Durable spear fighters can hold a position and absorb attacks while other units advance.
- Magikill: Mages deal heavy damage. Protect them from direct attacks so they can influence the fight.
Choosing when to train and deploy each unit can improve your chances of winning. A balanced army gives you options when the enemy changes tactics, while a force built around one strength can struggle if the battle shifts.
Controls
Use the mouse to select units and issue commands. Keyboard shortcuts let you train units and access other game functions. You can also control certain soldiers directly when a fight calls for it, then return to managing the battle.
