At the start, Toca World Online gives you three buildings: two houses and a large hotel. You can style each one, from a cozy bedroom to a full luxury home. Mix modern and classic designs, arrange the furniture, add plants by the windows, and rearrange the room until it feels right. Keep it simple or fill it with details.
The game is built around creating places and stories. A hotel might host a busy event; a house might be home to an everyday family. There’s no set plot, so you decide what happens.
Character Editor
The character editor lets you create people for your stories. You can:
Choose from a range of hairstyles, outfits, and accessories. Adjust facial details such as the eyes and nose, and set an emotion for each character. Multiple character slots let you create a cast.
Use different looks and expressions to distinguish characters as you build a story. You can create a family, a group of friends, or a cast for a new scene. The editor lets you tailor each character to the setting.
Social Features
Toca World Online lets you chat with other players, visit your friends’ worlds, and share creative ideas. You can also see what others are making and find inspiration for a new room or story.
Visiting a friend’s world lets you see how they’ve arranged it, and chat gives you a place to swap ideas and creative concepts. Conversations can start with the spaces and stories players have made. You can use these social features or spend your time designing and telling stories on your own.
